London Congestion Charging - another saving!  The advantages have been recognised by Transport for London where LPG vehicles in the cleanest band 4 of the UK PowerShift Register gain 100% discount on the charge.  As recently reported in the news more Congestion Charging is imminent, i.e. Nottingham and Manchester, and decisions are to be made within the next 12 months.
